Each January the benchmark of a ‘New Year’  presents us all with an opportunity to reflect on our lives and make resolutions on how we want to improve in the coming year.  At Catty Corp, our production team has used the New Year as a catalyst to refocus and revamp our company-wide Continuous Process Improvement program.  The program takes the CPI mindset that we’ve always had and formalized it in a way that we can more efficiently and more effectively develop and complete CPI Projects.   This push is being lead by our Plant Manager, Kim Harden, and our Controller, Craig Canter,  (who boasts a Green Belt in Six Sigma) but the key to its early success has been the overwhelming participation at all levels of the company.   We look forward to making 2016 our best year yet.
